Rob started his business in 1982. It has evolved into what it is today because of his hard work and dedication, not only to his customers, but employees, too. Although Rob is a complete motorsports enthusiast, his roots are in snowmobiling. He is also a World Champion watercraft racer and currently races motocross with his son.
Rob, his wife Jerri, daughter Morgan, and son Taylor enjoy quiet country living. The Strauss' enjoy all aspects of the "motorsports world" and the past few winters have found half of them out West riding snowmobiles in the mountains! |  |
JERRI STRAUSS, OWNER
Jerri works hard keeping everything going with two teenagers, Rob, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, bunnies, geese, and the rest of the farm. If you were an animal, THAT is where you would want to live! Jerri also does a lot of volunteering for many causes, school functions, and Church. |  |
MORGAN STRAUSS
Is in the last phases of high school and is an avid horse enthusiast. She was instrumental in getting an equine team started at her school and is involved with shows and 4-H. Along with her mom, Morgan volunteers for many causes and school functions, too. She also enjoys snowmobiling and helping out for special events at the shop. | |
TAYLOR STRAUSS
Is in high school and is extremely involved in motocross racing. He likes hanging out at the shop working on his bike and snowmobiles. Summertime keeps him busy with over 8 acres to mow at the shop, along with running practice race courses for motocross. He won the Dirtgrinder’s Series Championship in 2011 and raced well enough to be raised from “C” class to “B” Class! | |
MIKE SCHOER, SALES MANAGER

Along with helping Rob manage the sales team, Mike is the lead salesperson at Rob's. He has been here since 2005 and has an "under-the-radar approach" to life! Mike's spare time is usually spent hanging out with his wife (and dog) snowmobiling, personal watercrafting, or boating. Don't let his quiet demeanor fool you... |  |

KORY KELLER, BUSINESS MANAGER

Kory started at Rob's in 2001. Along with supporting the sales team, preparing and finalizing customers' paperwork and financing, she also schedules the deliveries and is part of administration. She works closely with lenders, government agencies, and the manufacturers. Kory is recently a new grandma and loves to spend time with her grandson, Kade, when she can! She also likes snowmobiling and Spyder riding! |  |
LAURA HILDRETH, OFFICE MANAGER

Laura has been around the longest- since 1995...back when we were in our old building downtown Johnson Creek. She manages all the bookwork and accounting for each department. Along with those responsibilities, she is also our HR person. Laura is very involved with the community and has been an EMT for over 23 years, as well as being on various boards throughout the years. Everyone at Rob's looks forward to seeing Laura Monday mornings...(that is when she hands out paychecks...) | |

Jackie has been in the motorsports industry for over half her life- since 1996. She started at Rob's in 2005 and we have been very lucky to benefit from her experience. Along with managing parts, accessories, and riding gear, she is also our graphic designer. She designs our website, posters, direct mailers, print ads, business cards, etc. Jackie also coordinates all the Snow Shows we do in the Fall with the Ski-Doo clothing. She is our "Jackie of all trades"...She enjoys snowmobiling and Spyder riding, too! |  |

Dave should have been a comedian. He is one of the most quick-witted people you'll ever meet. You can't make that ____ up! Dave practically grew up at Rob's and has been here for almost 20 years! His knowledge of parts is unsurpassed, and is only complimented by his service experience. He is the first one to help someone in need out...he may tease you about it for the rest of your life, but you can count on him! Dave also enjoys motorcycling, snowmobiling, and collect antique sleds. |  |

Tim has been a customer of Rob's for many years. The economy helped him decide to leave his construction business of over 14 years and join the parts team at Rob's, only to begin his first week remodeling the parts room and installing new cabinets and countertops! He is an avid snowmobiler and motocross racer. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, and has been a great addition to Team Rob's. |  |
STEVE PUPAK, PARTS

Steve took a year or so off and dedicated his time as a philanthropist for animals and their rights. Besides rescuing stray animals, recycling, and being eco-friendly, Steve is interested in vacuum cleaners and is currently memorizing the ‘United States Constitution’. He has a fascinating collection of over twenty vacuums. Steve enjoys motorcycle riding, and his dedication and work ethics make the parts department complete! |  |
